Refund & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
you can return it, in its new and re-saleable condition, within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or refund (excluding P&P) – whichever you prefer.
Please note that the customer will bear the cost of return, which will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Please quote your invoice number, name, telephone number and address with all returns.
Credit cards
Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your goods being refunded.
Condition of goods
We cannot refund or credit washed/used products unless faulty. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using them – if you have ordered a large number of nappies, it might be sensible to wash only a few to begin with, until you're sure you're happy with your purchase.
Returning goods
When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. Cotton Tails accepts no liability for returned items lost in transit. Returned goods must be clearly marked and posted to:

Cooling-off period
Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling-off period of 7 days which starts when you receive your goods. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever.
This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Cotton Tails’ obligation to inform you of your rights, and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed.
Privacy Policy
Cotton Tails will NOT disclose any buyer's information collected by ourselves, either by e-mail or given at the time of ordering, to any third parties. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not use your details other than in relation to your current order or our own records.
